Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our online store. The seller and contractual partner is:

By placing an order in our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. A binding contract is only concluded once we confirm your order via email or ship the product.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed include VAT (where applicable) and are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately before finalising the order. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. The purchase price is due immediately.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs are listed on our Shipping & Returns page. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly by email.

4. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Details are provided on our Right of Withdrawal page.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For damages caused by slight negligence, we are liable only if an essential contractual obligation (a “cardinal duty”) has been violated. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
