Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FAYE Studios, E-Mail: hello@fayestudios.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
